"Bitter cold weather conditions outside and my furnace stopped working on a Friday morning. I am very pleased with how the team responded quickly and professionally to ensure proper heat in my apartment. Problem was solved by dinner time after securing and installing new parts. Kudos to Alivia and Philip in the office and the maintenance team of Rob, Ron, and Lyle. Well done!"

"Moved into this apartment over labor day weekend-I've been super pleased so far! The residents and staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the facilities/amenities are always clean and working well. For example, the internet went down today and within an hour an email went out and the staff communicated that they were working on it. If I've ever had an issue, I get an email back from Mina or Alivia within an hour. Any maintenance request I've put in has been fixed within twenty hour hours. It's quiet too; there are rarely any dogs barking, and I haven't heard any noise from other apartments (music, TV, etc.)"
"I had the pleasure of living in this community for a little over a year. Here are my observations: 1. The property management team is exceptional. Ginny and Alivia are very approachable and helpful. They really take care of their residents and provide exceptional customer service. 2. The maintenance team is very responsive to any issues that come up during your lease. 3. Amenities - An amazing ambiance from the front lobby, throughout the whole complex. There is an amazing pool and surrounding pond. There is a coffee station in the common area. There is a functional gym as well to keep in shape. I really enjoyed my time at Avant, and hope those that join this fun community experience the same."
"Very nice apartment homes. Especially loved the maintenance man Ron. He made me feel so safe and right at home. Was always there to help me with any issues!! Great place to live. Great community and residents. They always had fun activities and events planned. Also very pet friendly community. Had a great time living here and met so many great people. Would definitely recommend!"
