"I lived here 10 yrs everything that break is replaced with use stove etc is taken from a vacant apt. Only stayed this long because lm. from another state and this apt is close to my work for 750 and washer , dryer in basement people leave their clothes all day are take your clothes out and put on table. There are better places"
"The office lady ( if you can call her that) is the rudest person I've ever encountered! After several attempts of calling and no one answering the phone, I decided to stop in the office one day. I politely I went in and asked about availability and prices and the woman started screaming and yelling at me! I couldn't believe it, it was like walking into a lion's den! I have never seen this woman before in my life. She was having a bad day but that was ridiculous how she acted towards me. Hopefully her manager or someone in a position above her will see this review and correct her attitude. She obviously needs class on Anger Management."
"The apartment itself is amazing but managment is the worst I've ever seen. Recently they made changes and didn't give any type of notice i just walked into the office one day and it was a new person there. So I left this past July first because I received a notice that was posted to my door which said I owed ninety dollars pay Immediately. I quickly called the office to figure out what was going on the lady in the office named Lindy or Linda (I'm not sure because again I was never introduced to her or had the opportunity to properly meet her) told me my rent had been increased a month ago and when I explained to her I never recieved notice of that she told me it wasn't her problem corporate sent it out in the mail and it wasn't returned so to management that meant I recieved the letter. Now the problem with that is if the new policy is to mail things from corporate why wasn't the letter that said I owed ninety dollars mailed instead of attached to my door??? Makes no sense right, so I personally think the letter was never mailed but I'll leave that up to you the reader to decide. So I attempt to contact corporate they never took my calls and had the lady in the office contact me. Then when June eighth arrived I had a thirty day eviction letter (again posted on my door not mailed from corporate). I put up no fuss or fight because I no longer wanted to live somewhere that didn't have any respect for me as a tentant that they never had problems out of for four years. Which I said that before I walked out of the office but I guess the eviction letter was so I would look bad and it would go on my record if I decided to rent again. So my last point of how horrible management and the corporate office is. On September first I called looking for my security deposit to be returned because I still didn't receive it. Corporate said they sent it July eleventh. Again with the mail lie lol I again said I never recieved it and when they finally sent it I had to travel back to the apartment building just to get it because I didn't want it to take another three months to get to me. When I finally got there corporate charged me thirty-five dollars to cancel the first check. I have no evidence they ever sent the check in the first place people, why should I or you ever be penalized for something you never recieved smh. Long story short the apartment itself is in a great area it's the people who own it and work there that make it bad and I would never recommend anyone to live there and spend their hard earned money to be disrespected and not even heard when it's a disagreement or dispute. I was a single man living month to month in a two bedroom apartment. Seems like they saw this as a opportunity to free up space and ask for more money because the market for two bedrooms has increased Significantly. Because of this horrible management team and corporate I will never rent again in my life and I Urge you to do the same buy so the only person you have to deal with is you. Good luck on the apartment search and God bless"
"I've lived here for 3 years without issue. I can't hear the neighbors, the place is pretty well kept, however recently they have made abrupt changes without much notice. Legally, they can do this, it's just frustrating. First change was laundry. I went downstairs to do a load an the sign was dating 3/19, that effective 3/19 the washer price was going up. Annoying, but no big deal I guess. Then I received a letter in my mailbox, that rent was being increased $40 and the base was now $735 effective the 1st of the month (less than 30 days notice.) The biggest issue is that is actually $60 more than my rent. Not sure who is doing the math there, but it's way off. I realize they haven't increased rent the entire time I have lived here, but $60 is a big increase. I'd rather have an increase of $20 every year. They said the increase is because they want to re-pave the parking lot and for landscaping. Oh please, yes the paving is needed, although most people do not park in the lots, but rather along side their building. But landscaping? Let's do something practical like get more washer and dryers (or larger ones!,) or update the balconies (wood is coming apart)."
"management is horrible!!!! I went in to view an apartment and was turned away because the manager had to leave. I will no longer consider this apartment because of that! If I were a resident and needed something, I would not like to be turned away. But on top of that she was rude! I was not even spoken to. As soon as i walked in the door the only thing she said was "Im leaving, Im a 1 person office" Those facts would have been fine if she was a little nicer about it."
