"I have lived here for over 10 years. During this time I had to leave for business out of state and then returned thinking management would improve. THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH ON ANYTHING!!! Anytime you call them on a maintenance request plan on calling TONS OF TIMES AND WASTED TIME to get it completed. Gloria is TOO OLD TO BE WORKING THERE AND HAS DEMENTIA. Kathy, the underling, is just as bad to deal with. Unpleasant and often rude. Find anywhere else to live but this place. They need a HUGE CHANGE IN OFFICE STAFF!"

"They are horrible with complaints. I've been dealing with things for awhile with my neighbors. Idk what it'll take for them to listen to people complaints but it's horrible. I strongly wouldn't recommend anyone moving here they. These apartments don't care about their tenants. I've been complaining about my neighbors longer 3-6 months, longer than 6-12 months. It's been war ever since they moved in. A person would have to die before they make any changes or adjustments."

"I lived here for it will be 10 years in August. If you complain it goes on deaf ears. You ask them to fix stuff. Gloria puts it on list nobody calls or comes to even check it. Each year they raise rent, but nothing gets fixed here ever. I told them my screen door to porch needs to be replaced no one even came in to see it. Plus, I asked for a simple dryer to be replaced nope didn't get that either. I'm sooo disappointed. I didn't even want to sign a year lease because it's not worth it living here anymore. First 3 years was okay. After that nope. If I could get financing for a condo or a house I would move in a heart beat. Their entrance sign needs to be replaced it's ready to fall off. I've been here for 10 years and it was there. You would think entrance to the building would be some what nice."

"As a 21 year old college student, these apartments are a godsend. They are nice, spacious, and affordable. I pay 750.00 for a 1br 1ba -- when I was apartment hunting, I was looking at studio apartments with 300 sq ft for a higher price than this. There is a lot of space with a full living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and patio. I also have so much closet place, there is a spacious closet in every room. My bedroom even has a vanity area, which is a nice plus. You get a covered parking space, and there is also a tennis court and pool (although it is almost July and the pool is still gated off). Their cat policy is awesome too, I didn't have to pay any cat deposit for my cats and that was so helpful! I wouldn't consider these apartments luxury by any means, but I'm not picky at all and just needed a decent, safe place to live. The reason I took a star off is because the apartment staff can be hard to get a hold of. I sent them an email 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard back. I had the same issue when trying to move in, the communication wasn't the best but it was all worth it anyways."
