"Me and my mother PJ just relocated from suburban Illinois, and we were searching high and low for an apartment. We came upon King Gates, and were really giving up cause we weren’t finding anything that met our qualifications. So my mom went in the office one weekend in town in Michigan, filled out application and we were approved. The management is great and very attentive. The maintenance men Darian and the other gentleman slipped my mind, but the two of them are great!! They don’t procrastinate, they simply get the job done!!! Apartments are clean and nicely sized. Overall we love it… Very friendly community as well.. 5 ⭐️"

"I lived here years ago and decided to come back for a year in an attempt to save money. Christina, the property manager has been amazing throughout the entire process and even now as a resident. She answers all questions, very professional but personable at the same time. Sandy is super nice as well and maintenance has been prompt. Community is quiet and well kept grounds"

"I live in the Sterling Court section and have been for about a year. I especially love the roomy closet space and the pool down the street at the Kings Gate section. I don't really like the coin-operated laundry facility, so I just go to the laundromat down Hall rd. There has been some chipping paint and some bugs (bugs arent exactly uncommon among apartments), but maintenance and management have been very responsive. It has overall been a good lease."

"My Mother and I have been living at Kings Gate Apartments since 2020, I can truly say we are very pleased. The office staff and maintenance are great. Christina, the office manager, is always polite and very helpful, and she remembers me by name. Maintenance is the best, if you have a request Shawn or Darren takes care of the problem right away. The grounds are kept clean and safe. Kings gate is always quiet, and neighbors are very respectful of each other. The rooms are large, and the walk-in closets are perfect. People with dogs have their dogs on a leash and clean up behind their pets. Because of age and health reasons my mother needed to move to a downstairs apartment, the office was very helpful with our request. I have no complaints."
