"Room smelled bad. Cigarette smoke meets perfume. Dusty, too. Security wakes me up at 1 am to force me to move my car into handicap spot when I'm not handicap. Parking spots are not labeled for rooms. Why give handicap spot if I HAVE to park in front of my room? I get a ticket, that's on you guys. NEVER again will I stay here. Ever. They suck."

"Rooms stinks, first room the door hinge broke had to get a different one. Then started to stink the next day. Horrible service no one answers the phone when called. Prices are reasonable if you get paid weekly but not for bi weekly."

"Me and my family have unfortunately had to live here do to high living cost. We've been here over 4 months now and it's horrible. The only thing that keeps us here is the price sadly. The staff is barely available and never answer the phone. When you go to the office for anything they ignore you for a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes before even acknowledging you. The only staff member they have that have been remotely helpful is a younger gentleman named Marvin and the owner Freddie is very diplomatic as well. A storm knocked out the electricity last night and instead of letting anyone know anything they all clocked out and left. So all these people with no answer and if they're like us all our food rotted in the fridge. It's almost noon now and still no one in the office. Rent here at your own risk."

"This place is clean nice big beds fridge microwave laundry on site they even have laundry soap .. customer service has been great right next door you have a delicious coney island. Convenient great price !!! I'll stay again and again not to mention the hot water a shower was amazing !!! Highly recommend"

"Absolutely disgusting place stayed in the room for less than an hour before I split due to finding roaches. Walls and carpet were both stained and the place absolutely reeked. Attempting to get a refund is absolutely useless as management just doesn’t care about anything but making a quick buck. Avoid this place at all cost"
