And the maintenance men are just as bad as them"

If HUD has the time to walk into each unit without notifying Autumn woods management they will be so shocked to see how The management and maintenance don’t take care of the buildings, there’s leaks in most kitchen and bedroom above kitchen and peeling paint in kitchens by the stove, I will continue to write very bad reviews on you Sandy Thompson because the truth is the truth, you tore a family apart And people that do that are heart less as you are."

"To whom may concern, I'm writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction of the landlord and building manager. Time and time we asked for repairs to be done, but nothing is being done about it. The landlord and building manager keeps assuring us that repairs will be made, but months has gone by and no action is being taken. It is the the responsibility of the landlord and building to maintain the building to acceptable standards. These are not acceptable standards. Doors are still broken and curtain rods are not being replaced. These are just some examples of the negligence the landlord and building manager are doing. The tenants has repeatedly asked for repairs, but are afraid to take it to the next level for fear of retaliation such as eviction It is my hope that immediate action will be taken as soon as possible, because the living conditions has deteriorated due to the landlord/building manager not doing their job.
