Olivewood Apartments

"Stay Away! I never leave reviews but I have to share my experience to help someone. I lived here for about 3 years. Everyone in the neighborhood are really nice. So no problems there. It's just all in the management. 3 years ago it was okay. The managers were helpful, problem solving, A few maintenance guys that knew what they were doing. But then they sold the company and it's gone downhill since. The pipes blew in the walla of my apartment mid summer. They supposedly "fixed" the problem. In the mist of my things being destroyed in the laundry room, bathroom and bedroom. Renters insurance couldn't do anything about it. Then a full year later the same problem happened. They at first were going try and get to move my 4 ppl fan with a new born 30 min north but all of a sudden found a 1 bedroom for us. Then made us try and pay for the bedroom. Lie to us and tell us that the problem is going to take months to fix. Send a cop to the apartment to take us to court to get us to move out. 1 month later someone else is already living in our apartment while we are going to court for the apartment. If I could give them no stars, I would."

"The new office manager is incompetent and has no experience to run a complex and maintence is a joke none are certified nor how to do the job they are getting paid for. You would think the office manager would be embarrassed to work in a place like this but she is by far the worst yet and is running the complex into the gound. It was a nice complex now just looks ghetto and looks like will be a death trap."

"The new manager is way to young to understand how a community works. She doesn't communicate anything, she charges you ridiculous fees that are not part of your lease and when you confront her about it "there's nothing I can do". When in reality there's a lot you can do instead of being money hungry. We need KIMBERLY back in the office!!!!"

"I have lived at Olivewood for almost 10 years now.Very nice place to live! I would definitely recommend living here. Staff is great. Kimberly in the leasing office is AMAZING!!!! She goes above and beyond. She is always very helpful and very pleasant to speak with. Kimberly truly cares about the residents and our Olivewood community!"
