"This review is strictly for the people working in the office. Kari the property manager is a literal monster. She is so utterly lacking in compassion and empathy I truly don't know if she can even be considered a human being at this point. Won't get into too many details, but she is truly a horrible person and the world's worst property manager. I would avoid moving here if possible, lest you have to deal with this garbage bag of a person."
"Quality built, well maintained, situated in a quiet northern Michigan hideaway. Excellent and professional apartment community staff make apartment living feel like home. Great views of Boardman Lake, with beautiful sunsets, wildlife, and on the Boardman Lake Tart Trail. Clean and refreshing pool in the summer time is a bonus! Highly recommend this property to those who want to have the convenience of everything TC has to offer and the feel of living in the woods!"

"Office staff is very friendly. The maintenance guys are great! I love that they didnt level all the trees when they built it so there is actual shade and a warm, cozy, out in the country atmosphere. Having such close and easy access to the Boardman trail and lake is wonderful. Very close to town (restaurants and stores) but it doesn't feel like its "city". Theres lots of parks near by for kids to enjoy. They do a fantastic job of keeping the roads, parking lots and sidewalks plowed and salted during the winter. "I've lived at Lake Pointe for just about two years, there's really no better place you can rent in Traverse City! I had a lake view unit and, in my opinion, no other apartment complex can beat the views offered for such a reasonable cost. They're also constantly updating amenities and have a nice pool area and gym. The staff is also responsive and helpful, I've never had such positive apartment maintenance experiences. The only thing that could have made my time here better is on-site recycling. There's at least a drop off center a mile or two away."
