"My daughter and grandchildren live in willow arms they have gone without heat 4 days and still waiting they sent someone out on 1/16/24 the heat clicked on but went out 20min later and she called back to maintance and nothing no callback no nothing,"

"When I moved in, in 2013 it was nice they repair things right away as time went on the property has Been sold 3 times and the name of the apartment changed. The staff also changed it went from good to absolutely horrible. No professionalism at all I heard the Property Manager yelling at the top of her lungs to a staff member. Not professional at all. How she spoke to residents was not professional either. Maintenance is not trained to do the repairs correctly they just jimmy rigged things to past inspection. I left because of the repairs the apartments going down and not being kept up the neighborhood has also went down as well. This is no longer a nice good safe place to live. I do not recommend anyone moving into this complex."

"Please don’t be fooled by the pictures you see the nicest place is the leasing office. This place is HORRIBLE and I mean. I wish I could give 0 stars. This has been a nightmare. I would share my experience but it would take entirely too much time."

"This Apartment complex is a rip off I won't be surprised if you see them on the news soon. The lights in the hallway are still off its been almost a year front in back lights are off at 27701 Tungsten Road building D. We are starting a class action lawsuit against this property ASAP for monies owed to tenants."
