"Okay, this is going to be fairly lengthy. I want to make sure people understand what they are buying and what kinds of things they may run into. First off, overall this experience could have been better but it could have been worse. This is not the worse place to stay for the money honestly and when comparing it in price to other hotels in the area, it's not that bad. Now, some of the negatives to talk about. First thing we noticed is that our bathroom door didn't latch. Not the biggest deal for us considering it was just my wife, son, and myself, but something that could be an issue for some. The next thing that we noticed is that we did pay for a queen bed room and unfortunately the mattress itself was a full, but the frame was sized for a queen. It's not a huge difference but the extra few inches on both sides would have helped. The next thing is that the towels were a bit small honestly and they do kind of have a weird rule with extra towels. You have to take your current ones down to get new ones, not the end of the world but kind of an extra step. It seemed they mainly did this due to the amount of staffing they have. I just recommend maybe taking some towels of your own if you think it will be a problem. Something small, the tv is a bit older so the TV guide takes forever to load but most people aren't there for the TV and we really don't watch it that much. Lastly, the table in the room was in need of replacing, it was very unstable so if you needed a place to work at for some reason, you'd be better off just using the bed. Also the toilet seat needed tightened up just slightly. Now some positives. The kitchenette was a nice touch for the price. It was a little outdated but usable, our fridge happened to be new. The cleanliness is decent. No bugs or noticeable weird stains to concern ourselves with. Although, the carpet could use a decent shampooing. No crazy busted walls or anything, bathroom was clean. Water pressure was good and temp was good. Overall this is a decent hotel for the money. Is it great? No. Is it terrible? No. I probably wouldn't stay if I could find a better hotel at a similar price. But I wouldn't avoid this place if I was in the area again. Your experiences may vary but life is short and if you literally just need somewhere to use for sleep and showers, it's not bad."
"Absolutely disgusting hotel. Stains on the sheets and bed and floors. Dirty musty smell all over our room. A/c filter clogged full with half an inch of dust and debris. Hair EVERYWHERE!!, from carpet to walls to inside drawers and the refrigerator to the ceilings. I mean lots of hair, not one or two strands, clumps all over. Vent in bathroom clogged with nasty dirt and debris, one staff got an attitude and tried to physically fight me cause I asked a question. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL."
"This is a wonderful property. It is in a great location and close to I 71 and I 275 highways as well as business in and around downtown Blue Ash. Very clean and well maintained property. Full Size refrigerator with a microwave and 2 burner cooktop and sink. You can request a kit that includes dishes and cooking supplies based on availability which is better than eating off paper plates. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and appreciates your business. I would highly recommend this property."
"Rented 2 rooms for 4-man road trip to the Cincy Open, August 2023 The Pros: $72 per room per night! Big parking lot. Near Chik Fil A and Skyline Chili, 15-20 minutes from the tennis center. Front desk greets you quickly (smile you are on camera), they seemed nice. Big room, full fridge/freezer, small kitchen. AC was good and not too loud. There were Cons: Lots of bugs. Killed dozens of small roaches on floors, walls and kitchen counter. Had trouble sleeping because I was worried a bug would crawl into my ear. Killed half a dozen the next day. Only “found” one medium size roach in the other room. Floors were dirty and grimy, and floorboards populated with mature dust bunnies. Carpet was heavily stained, kept thinking the stains were moving but it could have been PTSD from the bug hunt. Rooms were non-smoking but sometimes smelled of cigarette smoke or burnt BBQ sauce/cigars? Kitchen table legs were hilariously crooked and unstable. No cooktop burners in one room. No hangers in the closet in both rooms. No shower curtain in one room. Very thin towels. Freezer unit in one room reminded me of the “Ice Age” episode from Love, Death and Robots (If you haven’t seen it…it’s a good one.) Did a bed bug check and didn't see any bed bugs but under the beds we discovered… multiple key cards, plastic bags, women’s underwear, small change and years of dirt and debris in one room. Under the beds in the second room found an entire suitcase, pair of socks, trash and years of dirt and debris. No, we didn’t look inside the suitcase because finding human body parts wrapped in a shower curtain would have ruined the trip. Smoke detector was held to wall with tape and beeping on arrival. They replaced the batteries and it fell off the wall in the middle of the night. Coffee was ok for hotel jug coffee but no milk or cream so drink it black or add sweet and slimy Coffee-Mate syrup. Breakfast was limited to 2 ping pong ball-sized muffins or 2 thin granola bars (sliced long ways??) or any combination thereof per person. “Breakfast included” seems to be a reach but I’m not a lawyer. Oh yeah and a drunk person (most likely) tried to enter one of the rooms at 2:30am (not the hotels fault). So other than the above issues, the Extended Stay was a bargain for an all-guy road trip to the Cincy Open. However, please don’t take your loved ones here unless: a) you don’t want them to love you back, b) they have always dreamed of spending the night in a baby roach petting zoo, c) they have a twisted sense of humor or d) they are “honestly perfectly happy just sleeping overnight in the parked car”. Buyer beware…this hotel worked hard for a 1 star rating."
"My roommate and I stayed here for 6 months while we struggled to find an apartment. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional, and they took very good care of us. Shelly, the manager, did a spectacular job in keeping the place clean and adding chairs and things to the front lobby. Corey and Kathryn were also extremely helpful whenever I had an issue with my key or needed anything. There were several staff members at the front desk who were extremely helpful in this regard. The housekeepers were also very kind. We did not use housekeeping, but any time I interacted with the housekeepers, they were very polite and professional, and I think they did an excellent job keeping the hotel clean. We really felt at home for our long stay, and the prices weren’t too unreasonable. I think my only complaint would have to be the wifi, but it behaved as I expected it would, if I’m honest. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay very pleasant and easy!!"
