"I have been living at The Approach since last year. The units are modern and up to date. The complex is well maintained and maintenance is readily available to help with any issues. Jasmine, Katie, Louise and the team are so friendly and helpful - always a blast talking to them in the leasing office when I walk through to grab my mail. It is a safe community and being next to Summit Park is a plus with the walking trails and restaurants nearby. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live in Blue Ash."
"We have lived here for 8 months and love living at beautiful Summit Park. The new management company is awesome! (Night and day difference from the previous management company, in my opinion). Katie and Jasmine are professional, very responsive and just plain NICE! They understand customer service and are happy to answer questions and make positive changes/improvements like for example in the package room which is organized and easier to deal with now."
"Been living here for a couple months here and it has been a great decision! The new management has really turned the place around with amazing personnel. Jasmine at the front desk is super responsive and always takes the time to help with any question or issue. And Scott always responds to maintenance requests extremely quickly, he's always willing to help and explains things very clearly! The room layout is so spacious and beats everything else in the area. Very happy here!"
"I have only lived here for a couple short weeks, so I'm not able to give a full review. I will update soon. But I am able to give my review on the move-in and leasing office staff, and I must say that I have been very satisfied with their services so far. Jasmine has been very helpful! The only drawback that I have found so far while living here is just the noise. Walls, floors, ceilings, and doors are thin, and let in a surprising amount of sounds from the neighbors. Other than that, it's what I expected!"
