"I have lived here for years and would highly recommend this place! We are close to Kroger, Blue Ash Rec Center and in Sycamore SD. I have had nothing but pleasant interactions with the managers here. Also, a very diverse neighborhood ☺️"
"Don’t live here unless you like dealing with problems. We had lots of issues with the unit at move in that weren’t resolved for months or at all (water leak, hole in wall, several doors that didn’t shut, etc). The unit we got did not look like the show unit we viewed. Landlord special all over. Management was not helpful in the slightest with getting anything fixed. Our only shower had to be renovated while we lived there, and I asked for prorated rent due to this. I was just ignored. The AC is incredibly loud downstairs and ineffective upstairs, leading to high energy bills. In summary: overpriced, janky apartment with terribly inattentive management. We moved out as quickly as we could!"
"The Walnut Creek Townhomes are very impressive! I have been looking for the right home for a while and this one is top on my list! Amazing quality, very clean, good price, the positive community is a definite plus, and the location is ideal. The manager Syrie showed me around and I was very impressed. She was so professional and nice and answered all of my questions; if everyone on staff is like her I'd definitely move here. Looking forward to what may happen!"
"I've only been here a little over a month and am so impressed already. Office manager, Melissa, has been super kind and very quick to respond to any issues I've run into. Maintenance (Brian) has also been amazing! I'm looking forward to the upgrade on the fencing and patios this summer. I love my outdoor space! I'm happy with my decision to join the community here!"
