Red Roof Inn Cincinnati Northeast - Blue Ash

"The mattress protector was stained but the sheets looked clean. The security latch for the door was weak and wobbly. The door itself is poorly sealed, making it seem like you’re sleeping outdoors. There’s a hole in the wall under the desk. There were cracks in the ceiling in several places. The heaters kept making a ticking sound whenever they engaged, making it hard to sleep. There is a small clump of body hair in the tub that has been there since before I arrived. I’ve been here for 3 days now, they’ve cleaned 3 times, and still it has remained. There are lights above the bed and one doesn’t turn on. There was a lightbulb sitting on top of it when I got here. And last but not least, I found a cockroach. I didn’t change hotels because I needed to buckle down, but I now know the Red roof inn, especially this one, isn’t a place you take people you care about."

"I paid for the standard room for $68 . The standard rooms don't have a microwave and fridge. AC looks like from 70s and temperature control takes ages to warm up. You will freeze B4 it warms up. They give you mini towels which are worn out n look like they are from 3 yrs ago. You will have to be peeping out the shower to trigger the lights sensor to light up coz it keeps going out. I have stayed in $39 motels with microwave n fridges. Who in this day and age don't have that?"

"I'm from TN and I have family that lives in Cincinnati Ohio. I go to visit my family a few times a year. When I go to Cincinnati I always stay at the Red Roof Inn and I bring my dog with me. The rooms are always clean. I get good service. Cleaning people come by every morning to see if I need clean towels or washcloths."

"This place just needs to be condemned. I'm considering reporting them to the health department. I cant believe Red Roof supports this? We didn't stay, within 10 min of being in the room we decided to check out, however the door was locked and the clerk was nowhere to be found. One bulb worked over the tub, and one next to the bed. I got my flashlight out of the car only to reveal what looked like a murder scene out of a bad movie. Bugs everywhere, stains on all the bedding, what looked like blood on the bathroom wall. There was even chew marks on the door frame from someone locking their dogs in the room... we were outta there. Shame on them!"

"Dreadful. It nearly ruined our weekend but we decided to stay somewhere else. The mass of dead bugs in the lights above the lobby should have been a clue. The first room they tried to put us in was filthy with the baseboards peeled away and laying on the floor and ceiling hanging down and peeling in spots. The second room wasn't at all what we booked. The 3rd room, yes we had to move 3 times, had sheets with large holes in them and was also just dirty. The service was bizarre and didn't seem to understand why we didn't want the disgusting rooms. We started reading other reviews about roaches and bedbugs so we bailed. If you think I'm being overly critical please read other reviews. I'm not even going to waste a call to corporate as this one is "independently owned and operated" but I'll never consider staying in a red roof again."
