"One of the north side's better hotels. It's an older location that has been completely renovated. It's easy to get to and surprisingly near a lot. Daily housekeeping is now offered again. Staff are phenomenal. All very friendly and professional. Evening Bistro guy is among the best."
"Love this place I stay here when I am in Cincinnati, as I moved this year . This is oneof the BEST hotels in that area. They are polite,& the room’s are private . So if there is a football team of kids there; they aren’t in the same hallway as someone who is obviously needing rest. Their bar is hands down a great hotel Bar. The bartender knows how to make a great dirty martini. The only set back is their rates. During the week in a area that has ZERO things open and nothing to do, $200 is high to say the least, for a solo traveler. I am all about market value and you get what you pay for , but unless you have a lot of points it’s pretty high. This wasn’t an issue for me , but I could see it for someone a little less fortunate . Maybe its why it’s so calm and peaceful though . Either way , I was happy. Will return ."
"Fairly standard Courtyard. Location was super convenient for our 3-night stay. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. I used the fitness center twice and saw only one other person using it either time."
"The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were in town for a medical issue and ended up having to stay longer than expected. They worked with us and kindly asked if my husband was okay. The breakfast was tasty. They even worked with us around the doctor appointments. We will definitely return when we have to come back."
"This hotel and staff were exceptional! It was extremely clean, the fitness facility was well equipped, the hotel bar and food were great, the cleaning staff were friendly and meticulous in cleaning, and the lobby staff was beyond gracious and welcoming! It was truly a great stay - and we were there for 6 nights for a soccer tournament, so we had plenty of time to experience all the hotel had to offer. The Blue Ash area was nice and had lots of great restaurants and things to do. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again!"
