The buildings are immaculate and the residents are treated wonderfully. From the gorgeous and convenient amenities to the amazing staff, residents are treated like family. Any request is taken care of immediately. The location is great with easy access to a variety of places . I absolutely love living here and hope to call 49 Hundred my home for years to come! Sean and Ed recently took care of a few repairs in our apartment. They responded immediately, repaired the issues on the spot and left our apartment clean and were so very easy and nice to work with. If I could give Sean and the rest of the team here at 49 Hundred a 6 start review, I would."

They've managed to build in so many convenient features that save you time and effort. The location can't be beat - close to major highways, within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and can even watch concerts in the Square from the 4th floor outdoor space.
