"This place is a joke. Was supposed to move in back in December, but made the mistake of only seeing the “model unit.” When the day finally came to move in, I was instantly disappointed and in a panic. They confirmed there was a gas leak in the apartment, but it was “fixed.” Doors were falling off hinges because whoever they hired to “renovate” these units decided it was necessary to paint inside of the door trackings. Flakes of paint would fall to the ground anytime you would attempt to open a door. Mold growing under the sinks. The faucets were not clean/replaced and tubs were dirty. Avoid at all costs and look for a place that’s actually worth the money. 0/10. Wouldn’t recommend."

"Do anything you can to avoid this place. Maintenance is behind and takes weeks to reply, your electric bill will be $200+ with $150 water and trash on top of that with a contracted internet and cable package that is "

"1/16/2024 UPDATE: We now have a broken toilet due to an e fee Al water line leak in the main bathroom. This leak has been there since we moved in months ago and never addressed. Now with the cold weather it has turned into a massive sheet of ice in the parking lot and essentially a frozen river. It’s never been salted and most of the fixes her are only temporary. Avoid avoid avoid if you have other living options. >>>>>10/27/23 UPDATE: Meghan on-site has recently addressed most of the issues and done everything in her power to make things right. This property is going through a transition and you can’t deny the phenomenon location as a young professional in Cincinnati.>>>> 10/20/23 Avoid this place at all cost unless you are handy and don’t mind fixing things every day. Just moved into a 2BR, which was advertised that everything was remodeled and new. DO NOT sign a lease without viewing your actual unit. Everything is cheap and falling apart. Doors falling of hinges, paint chipping on shelving units in closets and getting all over clothes, mold under the bathroom vanity. It’s a never ending list. I wouldn’t classify these as “luxury apartments.” If you don’t pay extra for a garage space, there is very limited parking. This is also with a very low occupancy rate. I offered to pay a reasonable amount to cancel my lease, but they refuse allow that and are holding me to the nearly $5k cancellation fee. 51 more weeks left on my lease. Counting down the days until I can relocate."

"I have lived here since 2011. Amazing place. The rent is not that expensive and they fix any issues within a day or two. The support staff are really great. Very courteous people and understand our issues. They have new staff now and I am thankful to Jake Murphy who was very supportive to get my lease renewed with my current apartment even though they are renovating the adjacent ones. I feel at home here."

"I lived in Clifton for 5 years and never had as many problems with an apartment. In 3 months I've had to make maintenance requests because my oven wasn't put together properly, my windows wouldn't stay open, my dryer didn't work, there was fungus growing out of my carpet, and there were roaches in my kitchen and bathroom (which the said it would take almost 2 weeks to get an exterminator out to address!!). I've had packages stolen, I had to buy a spot in the garage because parking is horrendous, I stopped using the gym because they never restocked the sanitizing wipes to clean the equipment, and the hallways and stairwells are gross (dog poo left for days without being cleaned, random trash, etc). Not worth the $1600 rent or the hundreds in extra fees they charge."
