"I choose this place because of Choice Hotels and the location to work. I arrived and was greeted by office staff and thought this would be a pleasant business trip. Boy was I wrong. I was assigned to a room on the 3rd floor next to a person who obviously had no reapect.for others. Slamming doors and cabinets all times of the day and night frequently. Addressed issue with staff at least twice into 2 weeks of my stay. Issue still going on with the response that this lady has been living in this hotel for years and I guess she owns the place as well the way thw staff tip toes around addressing her. As a paying guest I nor anyone else should have to deal with such foolishness when you have to work and live for the next few months. Even the GM was of no help. Really need to do better!! Never again!!"
"To stay here u MUST book for at least 2 weeks. However, they will only let u pay one week at a time. Rooms have THERMOSTATs so ur room stays comfortable more often than not. Ideal location- 15 min or less to kroger, walmart, gas stations, and most restaurants."
"Overall my stay was pleasant. I booked for 7days but I told the young lady that checked me in that I probably would be checking out early because I was waiting for my house to be done. Well I only stayed for 5 days and I checked out yesterday Jan. 20th 2024 at 10:25 AM and I have yet to receive an email with my receipt showing my charges or anything. I don’t quite know what’s going on but something is not right about this situation."
"They no longer serve any type of breakfast In the morning. The rooms are okay. But it is noise where I was located. Don't leave any requests when you book the room cause they don't read them. I am handicapped. And it's hard for me to get up and downstairs. So, I always request a bottom floor for safety reasons. They put me on the second floor at the very back of the hotel."
"Room was cozy, we got an accessible room and the shower was fantastic. Tv was small but it was fine. A queen sized bed is too small for me and my husband so we probably wouldn't come here again but the reception was very nice and helpful and the room was clean and stocked with kitchen supplies."
