"Rented March of 2022 for Feb of 2023 in Pompano, Florida and 2 weeks before we were to arrive I was told they didn’t have my reservation. They tried to fix it and put us across the street which was a dump compared to what we rented. We were there for 2 weeks .Was told by Riad the owner and manager we would get compensation. I asked for $100.00 and now he won’t answer texts or phone calls. Blinds bent, no full size refrigerator with freezer and noisy A/C, microwave not on wall, moldy bathroom curtains. NOT ACCEPTABLE. . FORCED TO STAY COULD NOT FIND A PLACE. RENTERS BEWARE"
