"Excellent experience. The rooms could be freshened up slightly but they are still clean and are well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended for a family vacation."

"Its a great place to stay. We stayed there twice. Once in summer and another in winter. It has a great location with 10 mins walk to dadeland mall and 2 mins walk to Target. Ask for an apartment away from the train station as it can be noisy. The apartments are very clean and overall the place is safe. The couch in the living room was not comfortable but it was Ok. And the apartments are quite spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped with almost everything you need."

"The staff is not only useless but they are belittling and rude. We are going on a college tour with our daughter and all flights were cancelled due to hurricane Nicole. We didn’t ask for a refund but a credit to reschedule as we still need to visit the University of Miami. They stated that the storm is over on Thursday so we should be able to reschedule with the colleges on our tour, both flights and our other hotels and get to them on time. Simply impossible. $725 is in the trash. The flights, car rental and other hotels all have credits or refunds. They gave me a two day run around and the same with the Expedia staff. Literally laughing at me when I was speaking with respect and making a reasonable request to people who are in the hospitality business. It would be upsetting if it was one staff member but we got the same response and attitude from 3-4 different staff members as did the representative of Expedia. Please do not consider this as an option when traveling to Florida. I hope this review saves some people from the stress they have put my family and I through over the past 48 hours."
