"Stayed for 8 nights in February '24 with young kids. Very clean place, empty pool, excellent access to everything in Miami. Didn't spring for the water view but the sunsets facing west were nice. Well outfitted but not like a hotel - once consumables run out you get your own but it was well stocked for the week. If you need 2 bedrooms because you have kids (or you're comparing to getting 2 hotel rooms or a suite) the price is very good for Miami. If you're looking at 1 bedroom or you're just 2 people, the math changes and there might be better options. If you are not used to city noise this might not be for you, there's a train line west of the building. Overall very pleased with our choice of home base. The building is nice and new, walkability is good and the location for driving is unbeatable due to highway access. 20m to the beach, 15m to airport. Some of the reviews mention rude staff, but everyone was pleasant and friendly."

"My apartment was immaculately clean and thoughtfully furnished. The building is secure and is located in a safe and upscale neighborhood. It is conveniently located within minutes of major shopping districts and tourist attractions. The front desk staff were always warm and accommodating and I genuinely had zero complaints, a first for me. A beautiful apartment. A beautiful experience. I highly recommend Nomada Destination Residences!"

"I believe this residence apartment is deceiving potential clients by purchasing positive and high-score reviews. I booked 8-nights stay for family vacation. The pictures on their advertising of rooms, finishes, and facilities looks gorgeous. However, the in-residence experience is totally not the way. Inferior-quality finishes and fixtures, odd-smell kitchens, poor clean-up countertops and toilets, over-used towels, bad maintained facilities, unfinished parking garage, etc. The so-called city-view room is very close to high way, caused constant traffic noise throughout the night. Too, walls without sound proof that penetrates plumbing flushing noise. Garbage disposal cannot even dispose fruit and vegetable residues. The wash basin stopper does not work. So many problems came across during the first-day living. I reported all of these to management but did not receive any positive address. The Residences has very strict policy on cancellation or change. Try to avoid choosing it as it absolutely not deserve the money you paid!"

"Greatly enjoyed our stay there. We actually live in Miami but needed a temporary place to stay. We extended our stay because we really liked the location, and most importantly, we didn't have too many encounters with obnoxious and loud Miami visitors (which is very important for us as we work from home). The building was clean and quiet. The lobby employees were courteous and nice. We had an issue with a sink and it was resolved almost immediately. Note to management: thank you for the great service. Please impose very high fines on people who bring glass bottles to the pool. The winds were strong one of the days, and a bottle broke. I didn't feel safe using the pool afterwards, which was a shame. But we’ll definitely stay again!"
