"I was given only one key fob, after checking out, they wanted to charge me $150 for the second key fob that I never had. The key fob cost is $1 and they want to charged me $150 it’s so sad. It’s unacceptable."
"One star because I never asked to be on your marketing emails. Booked a stay 3 years ago that got cancelled due to COVID, and I always look for opt-out options when I sign up for anything. Why am I getting marketing emails out of the blue now? I'm tired of companies that do that. Makes me never want to do business with them again."
"These apartments are by a remote management company. The apartment looked nice and modern, but the service was terrible. They sent us wrong codes for the door and left us locked out for hours. They did this on two separate occasions. They did not answer the phone or reply to our messages. On checkout, they were rude. They ruined our trip and wasted our time and money. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It was a very bad experience."
"Cannot express how wonderful the Mint House is! Perfect location. Amazing staff! Beautiful room! The only suggestion would be to have a TV in the bedroom for those of us who need a TV to fall asleep. Other than that, it is perfection! Spacious, clean, fully stocked, amazing view from the beautiful balcony. Truly a gem!"
"Beautiful building right in the heart of Miami. Everything is close by and you’re getting a nice comfortable apartment for your stay. The place was absolutely beautiful and the city view was stunning. The apartments are spacious and come with a full kitchen. The patio was also a nice size. Loved the pool and modern vibe through out the building. Would recommend."
