"Son and I planned a trip to Miami to watch Caribbean League baseball at the Marlins stadium, but couldn't find a hotel within walking distance. This turned out to be perfect - a great apartment less expensive than a hotel that had everything we needed, and all of two blocks from the stadium. Separate bedrooms, a kitchen with dishwasher, and a washer and dryer made for a great stay. They were also terrific with restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent location and it was perfect for my family of (5). The two bedroom apartment was just want I was looking for. The fact we had available parking for (1) vehicle on property was awesome. The location was perfect it only 15 minutes 5.5 miles to Miami International airport (depending on the time of day travel time) and 20 minutes 9.8 miles to Miami Beach (depending on the time of day travel time) and 12 minutes 3.2 miles to Bayside downtown Miami (depending on the time of day travel time). The apartment had all the needs one would want, kitchen with appliances, washer and dryer, TV and internet. Overall, it was excellent apartment"

"We came for a baseball game and it was the perfect location. When I say perfect, I'm not kidding. Has a parking space and is literally 1 block from the stadium. It is also very close to the restaurants of Little Havana. We walked around and enjoyed all the food and music. The rooms are basic. It is an old apartment in an old building. They keep them clean, but you have to realize this is not a resort. It had everything we needed for sleeping and showering, which is really all we want in a room when on vacation. A/C blew cold. We had one hiccup getting into the room. My code didn't work on one of the doors, but I messaged the contact and it was resolved right away. If we come back to Miami, we will stay here again"
