"Amazing location, great views, large apartments,decoration is ok, staff is very friendly, you have the Publix market almost there and restaurants in every corner. The big BUT is: cleanness! The bathtub had hair, the restroom door had a splatter That I really don’t want to know what it was, the toilet paper holder had dust as thick as mi little finger, etc. A restroom reno could be in order. If you just look at it, it seems just fine, but when you start arranging your things.... I went to the gym, which is great and has a lot of options to exercise, still if you see it as a whole it seem clean but then each machine mmmm"

"The only reason they have 2 stars is because of the view. Stay somewhere else. I’ll start of by saying all the sheets and bedding were all stained! Disgusting. It was 4 of staying in a suite and we were only given 2 washcloths. The “concierge” is supposed to be 24hrs so when I called late at night to get clean sheets towels and wash clothes a very rude woman answered and said she’s only taking messages. My friends and I were already tired and decided to sleep and try in the morning. The pull out couch was completely stained and gross. There were black stains around the tub in the bathroom. Most of the outlets didn’t work we had to buy a portable charger to charge our phones. When we called back for towels we were told they would be delivered the next day. Once they finally came with them they gave us stained ones again! And no wash clothes! The day of check out we paid extra to check out later and were disturbed out of our sleep hours before check out because house keeping didn’t know. After housekeeping left a man with attitude came knocking on the door asking if we paid the $50 to check out later which we already told them we did. They tell you to use a company to watch your bags after check out but they can only watch them till 5 because they are an offsite company. Overall the rudeness, how dirty things were it was not worth the money. You can stay somewhere else. I will be following up with an email and phone call to corporate as well."

"I almost don't want to leave such a good review in case too many people discover the property and drive the price up, but they deserve a good word. I have stayed at several long-term rentals in the Miami area and this is the best so far, it's clean and everything works properly. One free dedicated parking spot is a huge bonus, the amenities are good, lots of good restaurants nearby and the view is great. This place is hard to beat for the price. The photo is the view from the private balcony."

"I booked and paid for Sunday night 11/19/17. When my family and I arrived the desk clerk couldn't find our reservation. After about 10 minutes he finally found it but couldn't find any keys for us. After 45 minutes of waiting, with him on the phone with a manager, we were told that they didn't have a room for us. I saw some other reviews saying that they were also overbooked but I thought that since we booked directly through the hotel this would not be a problem. IF YOU BOOK THIS MOTEL BE WARNED YOU MIGHT HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL WHEN YOU GET THERE! There wasn't even any offer of any kind of compensation!"

"Place was just as desribed. Clean and neat. Even allowed me to check in early through my request. Definitely worth my money. Nice amenities as well. Will definitely return. Its a condo complex so of course they do not provide daily housekeeping. But im pretty certain u can request it if needed. All the info you need regarding my stay was in my envelope they provided upon check in. Pool area is very nice as well. And in perfect location in downtown. Beds were super comfy !!!"
