"Cancelled Reservation on us with 2 weeks before for no reason , and did not even bother to help us find a new place. Do not deal with these crooks unless you want your trip ruined!"

"Absolutely HORRIBLE service/scam activity. I reserved a gorgeous apartment in Miami for my upcoming birthday weekend with this rental company on VRBO. They did not have the "request to book"option, only "instant confirmation." Reviews were decent and it was available on the weekend I needed. I clicked book, got the confirmation on VRBO, email from the Global Grand email with instructions for check in, charges already pending on my bank account within an hour of clicking "book." Two hours later I receive a email from Global Grand saying that they are unable to do short term rentals in Miami due to covid-19 (complete lie as I have booked another rental), they said I had to cancel it because they can only do long term. It seemed weird that if this was the case, why was I able to book short term in the first place, and why didn't they cancel it as they are the host. So I clicked cancel (guaranteed 100% refund if clicked before Feb 26). In the messenger on VRBO I told the host you have to APPROVE the cancellation. He continued to just respond in the messenger but NEVER approved the cancellation nor give me a refund. Every day, I have contacted VRBO and they have reached out to the manager, some days he would answer, some days he wouldn't. And he would tell them "yes I approve, I will do it." 9 days later and my refund has NOT been processed. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau as a scam. VRBO said if I don't get my money, they will remove this company from their website. I am HIGHLY disappointed in this company and I just want my money back."

"Gina and Roberto have rented a house on E-lake where I live and are now renting it on airbnb for short term rentals. Their renters are illegally using our lake with jet ski's, having large parties when it is not allowed and they refuse do do anything about it. They have no regard to the people who own homes and live here. I do not recommend them. Morally they are not good people just out to make money at any cost."

"If I could give 0 stars I would have, if you don't mind bugs and cockroaches in the kitchen then please by all means book with GrandGlobal. Also I don't know who works for this company and when you speak with representatives even they don't know who they work for, you get passed around from person to person number to number and nothing gets done. If you're planning on booking with GrandGlobalManagement (I don't know what they manage! this could be a reference to being able to "MANAGE".....waking up in the morning) give yourself at least two weeks worth of back and forth time. Avoid at all costs. Ive just seen on Yelp another review of the company and staff which I have also had a very similar experience. I have included it below: The apartment I rented at 1717 N Bayshore Dr # 4042, Miami Fl 33132 with Global Grand Management was in non-livable condition. The toilet is broken, sink is clogged, no cold water in bathroom, constant flow of water from bathroom faucet, ice machine broken, dishwasher doesn't work, dirty bed sheets, dirty floors ,and walls, lights in living room are disconnected according to the maintenance guy saying he can't fix it and will have to be in the dark on this part. Jean Marc PICCO, operations manager, at Global Grand Management sent maintenance guy but nothing was figured as he blamed for not having a right equipment After 3 days living in this conditions Jean Marc agreed to give me money back, the same day I moved out and returned the keys at the their office at 1717 N Bayshore Dr, Suite 240, Miami, Fl 33132. The next day I asked Jean Marc PICCO about the pay back returned to my card got an answer that will never get it back. Conditions of that property was misrepresented false pics from 10 years ago the willingness of leasing office to prompt the complains took days, the cost of the services did not meet expectations. Unprofessional approach to the business doubt me that the organization do not held professional license and have good moral character beware dealing with global management grand hotel air-bnb scammers ."

"I really enjoyed my stay in Miami: the condo was of excellent quality, with a beautiful view on the bay. The apartments were also very comfortable and well located. I had plenty of amazing experiences and memories. I strongly recommend this place!"
