The moment you step inside, you are immediately transported into a world of luxury at Loft Two 22. Meticulously designed, the interior spaces offer both functionality and style, with high-quality materials and finishes adorning every corner. The breathtaking apartments feature open floor plans that seamlessly connect the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, creating a sense of spaciousness. I have had zero issues here. If you are looking into this building. You are looking in the right place!!!"

"I have had the pleasure of living at Lofts Two22 for a little over a year now and have had nothing short of a pleasant experience. Our unit is spacious, full of light, and the appliances are impeccable. We are right outside of the light rail which adds superb accessibility to surrounding neighborhoods and even the city (which has made my work commute a breeze). Our rooftop and specific unit get beautiful city skyline views. If we ever have an issue with our unit, Jonathan (our super) is extremely quick in getting the job done and very understanding. (Marcus is always kind and ready to assist in issues after hours.) I really have to tip my hat off to Jonathan and the rest of the crew--our building is always clean and functional. I can speak for myself and a group of residents who miss Jessica (she was incredible at getting us in), however, I can attest that Siobhan (new management) has also proven extremely receptive and communicative in any of my building needs which has swayed our decision to continue to reside here. We truly love this community and are grateful we chose to live here when we did! I would recommend this building in a heartbeat. :) Lofts Two22 is home!"

"I have been living at Lofts Two22 for a little over 2 months and I could not be happier with the decision to move here! The building is well kept & the units are spacious. The layout is open with large windows giving a lot of natural light. Amenities are clean and a huge bonus - especially the rooftop! Being right next to the light rail allows for an easy commute into Hoboken/Jersey City. Jessica has been nothing short of incredible. She is attentive, genuine & kind. Jess, Jonathan & the rest of the crew go above and beyond on a daily basis to keep the property clean, safe and well maintained (which is not easily found!). Highly recommend checking out Lofts Two22 if you’re in the market for a new apartment!!"

"Between my husband and me, we have lived in no less than 20 apartment buildings. This is by far the best run building. Jessica, Jonathan and the rest of the staff go above & beyond to make this a nice place to call home. The other residents are friendly and the amenities are awesome. There are tons of dogs in the building and the neighborhood too!We’re all very happy we moved here."

"We love our apartment in Lofts Two22! Some of the great things about it first: the building and apartments are beautiful, with great finishes, good amenities and open and/or impressive views through large windows (depending on which way your apartment faces of course). My spouse and I looked at almost as many buildings as were available at the time in the area and we kept coming back here. The finishings in the apartment are first class! The rooms are well designed with just a bit more space in the right ways when compared to so many of the other buildings. This building avoids a MAJOR pet peeve of mine - no 'under window' AC/Heat units! The AC and heat here are the standard duct type which means the air flow comes from the ceiling and not blasting out from under the windows and taking up space in each room. The lobby presents the building well, and we have enjoyed the wonderful roof deck, with it's almost 360 degree views, including a wonderful shot of Manhattan. The community room and gym are also terrific. The light rail, which is right out the door, gets us into Jersey City and NYC without a car in 20 to 30 minutes. Our apartment overlooks the light rail tracks and were afraid the sound of the trains would be bothersome. Not the case. Yes, you hear them. But the windows are double-glazed and so the sound is very dampened. We can walk two or three short blocks to get really good food from at least 5 restaurants. More yet to discover. The staff here has been very responsive, with a special shoutout to Jessica. She worked tirelessly to get us into the building multiple times so we could land the right apartment. Everyone here works to make and keep the place clean and running. Now no building is perfect (just like no home is perfect, having been a homeowner for many years) and there is always room for improvement. The parking garage can be challenging when people take advantage and park illegally. There is lots of street parking in the area though the rules are arcane at times. Once you sort it out though, it's a no brainer. So far, after 3 months, I can say we are both very happy with our choice of Lofts Two22."
