"Formerly in #603, this was a great, true one bedroom in a very nice and well kept building. Great staff, great amenities (plus rooftop lounging), and close to best (and somewhat under-the-radar) park—Carl Schurz Park. If I wasn’t moving out of state I would’ve stayed here much longer! The next person is lucky to be in this unit and building!"

"Kind of the same old story you hear at every luxury apartment these days. Shoddy construction (I’ve had broken parts of my fridge, balcony door, bathroom door). The biggest disappointment is I’ve been unable to control my shower temperature for a almost a year and maintenance has been here almost 7 times. I’m actually considering a lawyer at this point. The leasing office is okay but of course out to collect money and not overly helpful. There is absolutely no flexibility on lease terms and the cookie cutter lease they use even has stuff that shouldn’t apply to this building. The only redeeming things I can offer is the doorman are nice. The rooftop is nice too but attention to basic amenities is almost always missing (couch cushions not out on nice days, no propane for outdoor fire place). Living here is just constant frustration"

"Fell in love with this beautiful building, and was ultimately drawn to the pet friendly atmosphere where they advertised a dog run and pet spa in building. Was told our dogs would not be acceptable and denied our application based on the size of our dogs. The only good thing that came from this experience was that we had the pleasure of meeting a great leasing agent that was professional and kind throughout the process. Wish the owners were more transparent, and felt cheated of our time and effort put into becoming a part of Convivium."

"Don’t be misled by their dog friendly apartment statements. You can’t have two big dogs even though they’re advertised as having amenities for dogs, dog friendly. Completely misleading, not forthcoming with potential customers when filling out applications prior or informing them before a majority of their time is spent looking at apartments.. Both of my dogs are emotional pets. They asked to see pictures of my dogs because it was a “big concern.” I have the transcripts of my communication with the leasing agent and then being informed I didn’t qualify to rent because of they’re not okay with my dogs. It’s a bernease mountain dog and a old golden retriever. There’s no criteria on their website or In person as to pet or weight requirements . Will be filing a complaint with division of licensing services and fair housing. It’s 2021, this is just unacceptable. Beautiful building however on a positive note, will be a strong addition to the UES."
