"The doormen and super are great, but management is a nightmare. Advertised the apartment as having a 24/7 doorman and recently took the overnight (and most important) doorman away. They also lost my deposit check for months, and I have only ever been able to speak with someone from management twice after calling countless times. They do not care about the safety or wellbeing of their residents, do not live here."

"Incredibly safe building, beautiful spaces, friendly and amicable staff and has the option to come furnished. But I feel lied to. I wish they told me there would be incessant construction on our street before signing a 2 year lease on the second floor. I’ve talked to other residents who have moved in recently and they said the building gave no mention of the ongoing construction before signing their lease. It’s been at 9am, the middle of the day, at 8pm, midnight, and even 3am. I just want to sleep. I tried filing a complaint to the city but there is nothing they can do. If you’re moving onto a lower level floor of this building— don’t. Especially if you have kids or are sensitive to noises when you’re trying to get some shut-eye. I thought the construction would be over soon and it’s been 10 months now and with no end in sight. I really love my apartment and I’m not one to post reviews but I am. Tired. And desperate."

"An exceedingly comfortable place to stay that I would love to revisit. The staff is immensely friendly and nice. The rooms are streamlined and comfortable, with plenty of space (barring the half sized fridges, which are disappointingly small). The beds, sheets, robes, and towels are all great. They have the nicest gym equipment of any hotel I have visited, plus a very nice business center and on site laundry facilities that, while sadly are not in guest rooms, are nevertheless very very nice. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for an unpretentious, comfortable home away from home in the financial district."

"The suites are spacious, the shower space is large. It has a kitchen with electric heating area for cooking food. The rooftop is surrounded by skyscrapers giving a very metropolitan 'feel' to the urban density that the hotel inhabits."
