"Had a great experience with almost everything since 2018. Though I have to say that the way management deals with neighbours who break regulations is terrible. They never truly tried to stop my neighbour’s disturbing behaviours such as loud music and partying in the hallway during midnight, or smoking weed in a smoke-free building. The manager simply ignored my message regarding that issue, and didn’t even show basic respect to the residents. Even though I love everything else about this building, that careless response alone makes me decide to move to another place."

"Loved our 2.5 years at EVGB....management were responsive and easy to deal with and the staff were like family - nothing ever too much trouble. Great sound proofing on the windows when shut, so quiet and good space for NYC.....it was just an easy place to live with great amenities and location....would move back in a heartbeat if we return to NYC....."
