"Great location , nice building and amenities. Leasing , porters and maintenance teamsare great . The Management is soviet union style, never disclose any problems. no announcements . They always say everything is good we never heard of this issue before while its issues cross the building. The heating system makes terrible noise and the management is not fixing it for few month. The heating system broke maybe 20 times already in 1.5 years. They shut down the heat when the weather is a little better without announcing so you cant heat the apartment."
