"The overall customer service was very pleasant, I just have more of a gripe with the company: I know they're not the same as they used to be, but they have much more diverse clothing options online (Tripp and other "classic" brands) that I wish they carried in this store. It would be nice to have the option of edgier clothes for teens that may be shopping with their parents without having to go to Spencer's. Overall, clean store that is much easier to navigate than it used to be."
