"I placed an order with free people around 3 weeks ago and just received my order and one of my shirts never got shipped. It was suppose to be included with my order but never got put in. When I called to complain and ask for my shirt to be shipped the person on the phone was so rude never said sorry. Did not offer to send me a new one and just out through a refund, however when I got my refund I was not given the proper amount. Called back again they just told me to wait for my other refund to come through. So now I have have to call three times wasting my time, never getting a sorry or anything for a mistake that they made. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE, GO SUPPORT ANOTHER BUSINESS BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!! Worst costumer service I have ever received."
