"I came in to purchase my first professional suit for law school from WHBM and was greeted by EWA who was sooo kind and helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase! I left and returned an hour later to buy more shirts and Cindy was there to help and was also extremely kind, patient and helpful! 10/10 shopping experience!"
"I love WHBM but the customer service in-store at this location is dreadful. Woman working there named Peggy gave me the wrong receipt (don’t ask me how she managed this error) and come to find out she didn’t process the return correctly. So now I have no proof of return/refund for $600+ spent. Customer support accessible by phone/email was of no help either. I will definitely NOT be coming back."
