"Worst staff ever. Came on Black Friday and was cashed out by the rudest girl ever. Seemed like she may have been a manager. Was blonde in about her 30-40’s. Cashier had the receipt on the counter and handed me back my change, followed by her pushing the receipt across the counter to me as she turned around and carried on her conversation with her coworker without saying one word to me. Like idk maybe have a nice day?? Something? If you have a bad attitude or are just an unhappy person please don’t work in retail. Such a bad look for Francesca’s, I was so taken back by her unpleasantness I almost returned the item I bought and honestly I wish I did."

"Cute little shop with young adult, slightly dress up type of clothing. Reasonable prices. Small cute boutique. With a limited number of sizes in each item, which makes for a more one of a kind/ unique wardrobe."
"Just went to the store last night and I was thoroughly impressed! The two ladies working were so kind and helpful, I tried on a few items and they were on it! They checked on me, started a fitting room while I looked around a little longer and held items for me while I ran to another store to grab my mom for her opinion. I’m always happy to visit due to the gorgeous selection of clothes and jewelry, but these girls made my night!"
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I returned a purse through the mail due to the fact that it was poorly made and I wanted a refund. (The zipper pulls fall off and become lost. Then how does one open a purse?) I contacted customer service, gave my explanation and obtained a return mailing label. Francesca's mailed the same purse back to me with their return policy highlighted in yellow and no further explanation. Businesses who believe in high quality customer service and desire happy customers will accept a return at any time when a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of a product. This company only seems to care about insulting a customer as they took the time to send the same purse back. For shame Francesca's."
