"Today was my first time visiting an Express store and my experience has left a lasting positive impression. As a transmasc person who still outwardly appears female, I’ve been nervous about the idea of suit shopping and what that potential experience might look like. When I mentioned that this was my first time suit shopping and that I knew nothing about it, Preston was quick to take me under his wing. He showed me some styles that I might like and educated me on how suit jacket sizing works while being very patient and professional. He also took the time to point out what fabrics and styles fit different events, seasons, and dress codes. In the end I found a suit jacket with matching slacks that I liked and he got me a great deal on the set. When I asked if he knew of any good tailors that could help fine-tune my new suit, he had several places to recommend and even said he’d give them a call himself to let them know I’d be in touch so that they’d be ready to help. I was very impressed and grateful for my experience today and would highly recommend Preston and Express to my friends and colleagues. I will definitely be shopping here again in the near future."

"This is my favorite place to get clothes from. I usually shop online though, however I like how they allow me to return things back to the store. The only thing I wish was different was Express should allow customers to return their clothes at their outlet stores as well so we don’t have to drive as far. Made a return today and Erin and Jesse were both very friendly and helpful. Even though they didn’t have the shirt I needed in my size, Erin helped order a replacement for me at the same price with no extra shipping charge."
