"Bought a $35.00 blouse ( didn't try it on) and tried to return it today. Made a special trip up there. All I wanted to do was get a bigger size. And because it was two weeks past the 30 days, they wouldn't let me. Another customer walking out told me I should have asked for the manager. It's not like I was asking for store credit or my money back and I had my receipt. I just wanted one size bigger. When you work a lot you don't have a lot of spare time to go back out shopping. So not so sure I will shop at any of them again. Left a very unhappy customer."

"I love old navy. There, I said it. The location I went to, in Victor, NY, is probably the nicest one around. I like it a lot better than the mall locations. This is a much bigger store, in a plaza...not a mall. Not to mention, Victor, itself, is a very nice area. The staff was great from the cashier to the man working the changing rooms. It is a very clean and pleasant environment. I absolutely LOVE their pants selection for me. If you can't find a pair of pants that fit you here, you have to be some sort of oddball shaped individual, I'm talking Grimas from McDonalds type of shape (the purple triangular shaped dude). I mean from skinny to slim (my preference) to straight to athletic, to boot cut to regular... there is a fit for everyone. The only draw back I have is that my son, who is just out of size 14, and just under 28/29 waist, can't find pants. They hardly ever have size 16. Now, with that said, when he was in 14s, he loved getting all his pants there as well. He is just in an odd size at the moment and hopefully grows out of it soon. That is the only (current) draw back. Just make sure when you check out, all the clothes ring up at the right price. You can do this easily as at this store, you get to see all the prices pop up on the charge card scanner. Some stores dont display that and it drives me crazy. The only reason I brought this up, is that 2 items did not come up 50% off. The one item, they just adjusted at register for me, no questions asked. The second item was a tank top that I thought was 50% off. They didnt think it was, so they rang it up at $16 instead of $8. Which I didn't really mind anyways. But, even when I said that it was fine, the manager still went into that section and came back and told the cashier to ring it up at $8. Win-win for me, and the employees still go above and beyond to try not to "screw" you. I will always shop at old navy, but I will definitely be back to this specific location. It will probably be my "go-to" store from now on. See you there!"
