"Worst customer service. Trial rooms are locked and some one who works in the store need to unlock the door for trial room. We asked three times and every time told they will be in minute to unlock trial room and they did not bother about customers waiting for trial room. So Rude employees and customers are treated very Bad. We waited 15 minutes but still not given trial room and employee in the store busy in adjusting dresses in the racks but never bothered to open trial rooms for customers."
"If your fitting rooms aren’t open, you should change your return policy full refund instead of store credit. i wanted to buy things that i couldn’t try on and decided to not buy them due to this silly return policy."

"I've been here several times when I visited the Eastview Mall. They have large variety of clothing selections as well as shoes at cheap prices. I liked their shoes, especially. Pretty large store so you will be able to see this at one sight when you walk around the mall. Decent store to check out and they have good Returns policy as well. And the staff are all nice and helpful. Overall, good shopping experience in here and I think I would check here out again when I visit the mall."
