"My experience with the Eastview Mall store is tremendously positive. They don't accost you at the door but do give a friendly greeting. There are enough staff to accommodate customers for an easy shopping experience. Using the fitting rooms was very smoothly run and well orchestrated. There is a staff who helps those inside the fitting rooms. There are even call buttons if assistance is needed. Great all around place to shop for back to school!"
"Terrible experience. I went there to buy Christmas gifts for my niece and nephew. They refused to give me gift boxes unless I had an American eagle credit card. They said it’s store policy. I’ve never heard of such a thing. I definitely will not buy any gifts there going forward. I walked across to Hollister and they were so nice they gave me boxes. #Hollister"
