"A few weeks ago, my dog got groomed for the second time here and the experience was amazing. This time our groomer was Adriana Felpo. It was literally the first time in seven years that I've been bringing my dog to the groomers, in three different countries, that someone really takes the time to listen to me. She asked me about what kind of haircut I wanted, she even took a picture of how he usually looks like and that was amazing, because the result was the best my dog has ever gotten. She even asked about a lot of details like, how I wanted his tail, his face, ears, and she totally got what I wanted. Warhol looked amazing! It's been the first time he looked exactly how I wanted and I am so grateful for that, so a thousand thanks Adriana! I feel so happy that we have finally found our grooming place here. This salon is an open space where you can see all the dogs getting groomed, so that is so nice and trustworthy to me. People at the front desk are also so nice, and my dog is always happy and no anxious at all when I pick him up. The price is totally worth it for the great work they do, so I totally recommend it!"
"My dog came home with burn abrasions under her arms. To be transparent, she is young and had a new coat come in which caused matting. Although we brushed her everyday we didn't realize that her coat should have been cut down when the matting started to happen about 6 weeks ago. We had to spend $250 on a vet appointment and medicine to treat her the day after being groomed. She has been shaking and lethargic since her experience, which the Vet said was clearly negative. We are obviously finding another salon."
