"I want to take the time to thank the staff at VEG for their care and compassion in the diagnosis and euthanasia of our dear family dog, Toby. I’ve visited the White Plains location of VEG for my two cats and have nothing but positive things to say about both experiences I’ve had with their care. When looking for emergency care for Toby I recommended VEG to my mother and wanted to bring him to the White Plains location. She found the Brooklyn location and went there. I went the following day when it was decided that the most compassionate act would be to put him down as that he was in grave condition with failing kidneys and other potential ailments. Amidst tears when we got home my mother pointed out to me how comfortable and caring the environment was at VEG. She said how softly everyone spoke to her and how welcoming and community based the clinic is. Honestly I am so glad that this chain exists and I pray that you continue to keep the same standards of care and compassion for many decades to come. Thank you so much for being who you all are and providing such important care in such compassionate manners. From the front desk to the doctors, everyone was perfect and helped make us comfortable in such a difficult moment in our lives. Thank you for being you. ❤️"

"The vets, vet technicians and nurses, and front desk workers were all incredibly kind, efficient, communicative, and professional. They did everything they could to care for our dog, and kept us updated every step of the way. While our dog was hospitalized we were able to come visit whenever we liked, and everyone there was welcoming and kind, and happy to provide an update. "We’ve been to VEG 3 times and have always had a fantastic experience. This past experience was 24 hours of anxiety and fear when our kitten fell ill out of nowhere. I truly couldn’t thank the staff enough for the care, compassion, and attention to detail they paid to both my partner and I and our kitty Georgia. In a time that felt hopeless for us they continued to reassure and give us the best care plans for her. They truly stop at nothing to figure out what is going on and how to best execute the next steps. When it came to leaving her overnight we felt at ease knowing she was with people who cared about her and were watching her closely. In the end our girl was able to go home with us, something we feared she wouldn’t do, and we felt great about her outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to VEG and have told all of our friends with fur babies that this is the place to go in an emergency."

"Came in on Friday afternoon after a terrible accident that my cat suffered and I couldn’t be more grateful to have come to this place, the attention and care that they gave to my cat was beyond great!! They explained everything thoroughly and helped me be less anxious about what happened to my cat.
