"Fall 2023 - Updating this GRATITUDE RAVE for every stellar experience that genuinely makes a difference in my routine shopping expedition to Walgreens. Fernando is the reason today. This is not my local store, I live much closer to brother another Walgreens but this place always makes me feel special. Seriously. “All it takes is one bad day” and one person to want to make it a little better. This may sound strange but the late night crew at Walgreens really has heart that I don’t think I’ve ever felt at any store anywhere in my lifetime. Worth mentioning every-time I am reminded that people care “for fox sake” which is the card I wanted to buy today but didn’t have enough for after my $100 necessities purchase. Fernando helped me save some funds on my purchase so I could get the card. I didn’t ask, he offered. He offered to be helpful and to ask how I was, to have a pleasant conversation and well, do his job really well. Also clearly a multitasker as he was stocking shelves, cleaning, and then magically at the register. This Walgreens is run by fairies and elves. Great reminder before Halloween. (They’ve also got great Halloween displays right now.) Credit where credit is due. Thanks Fernando! Thanks Walgreens for making the normal hustle and bustle business of living filled with life affirming surprises in the great people you have working here. I appreciate it. I hope others do too! Summer 2023 : When I realized how amazing this Walgreens was. Simply the BEST! When you have great Staff like Pat at the register and Kate managing the pharmacy, you will go 20 blocks out of my way to shop at this Walgreens! At least, I certainly do! They are helpful, caring, friendly, and open 24 hours a day. Tonight, Pat reminded me why I pledge loyalty to this Walgreens by going above and beyond to help with a few purchases I was debating over. She was patient, personable, helpful, understanding and a pure delight. I’ll remember the staff here, I come here for the staff that goes above and beyond and you should too. They’re worth it and so is your valuable time and money. Efficiency, effective customer service, and genuine good vibes all the way."

"They let people bring dogs here, and we waited over an hour after our appointment times to get vaccines. Then they just give people the vaccines in whatever order even if we got there first."

"This Walgreens is the biggest I have seen!! Pharmacy was very helpful. Id like to also mention the pharmacy on 18th ave and 67th street in Brooklyn. I have gone to this Walgreens for over 15 years now. I would like to give a shout out and a big thank you to Ana and May the pharmasist. They always went above and beyond to help each time and i always appreciated them for that. I will not be going there any longer because i have moved to the 94th st. and 3rd ave. in Brooklyn. Thank you it was a pleasure going to that store all those years. Oh and the deals each week were great. Its not that expensive and some stores. Peace and Love"

"I left my old pharmacy several months ago and it's feeling more and more like I jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire underneath. While everyone in the pharmacy is polite enough, there is a breakdown in communication between myself and the pharmacy. If there is a delay on a prescription due to insurance issues, I'm not notified and the app is useless for this. About every two in 10 calls, someone actually answers the phone. I have extreme anxiety and wondering month to month if I'm going to get a prescription filled on time is making it worse. I understand that this is a busy store but at times, it can feel as if me as an individual, isn't important. I have to wonder how many others are feeling the same way. Definitely pay attention to reviews before making a switch like this."

"I’ve had experience with a worker at this location and her name is Maia. She has the best energy and always a positive attitude with the best customer service and I can see she is always helping other customers in a positive way. Whenever I come I always look forward to see her as she makes me and others feel a positive energy being in her surroundings. She always makes sure the customers are helped when needed and also makes sure things are perfected in the right way. She is the best worker I’ve seen and also a great human being!!"
