"I stay here a lot for work. Everyone is phenomenal. The bar manager, Tor, has been incredibly welcoming - making this place feel more like a home away from home. Jorge, from the front desk, has gone out of his way to help me. He even found my laptop and helped me get it couriered to my job-site so I didn't miss a beat!"

"For the price you pay, the rooms are definitely not worth it in my opinion. It is a good hotel though and the location is great! There is a “resort” fee of $25 per night that you should be aware of. It barely covers breakfast for one person per night of stay. The rooms were clean and service was relatively decent barring one of the front desk ambassadors. All in all, if you’re not worried about price then it’s a good hotel."

"The hotel itself was in a decent location for Brooklyn. The rooms I feel like you could hear quite a bit and I think they could be cleaner. There was a noticeable stain on the chair in the room which just doesn’t give you a good impression. The shower also could have been more clean. The one huge negative I have with this hotel was the surprise mandatory $25 fee per night you have to spend at the hotel bar or restaurant. Honestly this would have been fine if the food was good, but it just wasn’t lol so I would’ve rather spent $25 on a good meal. Also, they charged me randomly $35 not $25 so I’ll have to dispute that charge since we didn’t spend anything other than under the mandatory $25 fee."

"This is the absolute worst hotel and staff I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. If giving a 0 star rating was feasible, I certainly would. This hotel was a total scam with employees who will con you in every way poss. They will trick you and charge you for something that you didn’t even use or they will make a lie that you did something that you didn’t. Small rooms , they don’t clean the rooms properly and they don’t replace dirty towels with clean towels and sheets had dirty stains all over !!! The bathroom was no better, as bottles for shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion were empty. Blinds on windows weren’t even working. The TV in room wasn’t even operational. This hotel will have you constantly calling receptionist because nothing is working properly. It’s not safe to be in this hotel and it’s definitely not worth the money. Be aware and careful don’t walk by yourself in this hotel and always have witnesses as they make stories if you are alone . Half of the staff don’t speak English and they will group up to fabricate lies and put you in trouble - especially if you are very young."

"George was amazing he checked us in and anticipated our every need! Rooms on lower level near the elevator to accommodate the seniors, he explained the valet parking letting us know we had in/out access to our vehicle. He explained the Hilton honors gold member breakfast/points choice, George is perfect! Housekeeping was also great they didn’t bang down down before checkout time like some other hotels. Rooms were spacious and very clean elevators were clean and fast. Front desk staff kept a permanent smile on their faces and always alert and willing to answer any questions Overall experience was awesome! Please keep up the great work guys!"
