"Long lines, > 5 minutes per customer. Never fills prescriptions when they're called in, always waits until you go to store to pick up. Absolutely incapable of handling phone calls. Last time I called I was on hold for 23 minutes until I was accidentally connected *to another customer* who had also been waiting (wth...). Have never been able to reach by phone."

"Worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. And it’s a consistently awful experience. If you call, they hang up on you multiple times. If you go in, they make you wait an hour after telling you it’ll be a few minutes, just to tell you after an hour that they don’t have your medication, don’t have any eta for it, and that it might be over a week before they restock. Medication isn’t a luxury good or a convenience item. If they can’t take this seriously, they shouldn’t be operating as a pharmacy."

"Not only is this THE worst pharmacy ive ever experienced in my life, it might be one of the worst business locations ive ever visited over all. If you have ever wondered how someone can overcomplicate, delay, mess up and be negligent in simply handing you a bag of medication just come here. First you call in to speak to someone. wait on hold for 30 minutes, usually get hung up on. Then you just finally go in to the location to wait 30 minutes in a 10 person line only to be met by one of the most incompetent pharmacists you have ever met. Unprofessional, rude, how half these people ever even got hired as pharmacists in the first place is astounding. Note, there has been 1 or 2 DECENT workers ive encountered so I wanted to give credit where due. Then your perscription is messed up 100 ways from sunday, you finaly get to the bottom of it and then you have at least a 45 minute wait until they are ready. My doctor has not been able to get anyone to answer the phone so frequently here that I have been out of medication for days on end which takes a serious toll on my health. Walgreens for the love of god at least act like you care. This is beyond atrocious. I would have transferred a long time ago but that would require getting someone on the phone with another pharmacy which sounds like a battle for my life so I reluctantly continue receiving this punishment, abuse and neglect hoping that they can get it together enough to do the most basic of jobs."

"Writing this review as I stand on the line waiting to pick up my prescriptions. There’s still 10 people ahead of me and at least 2 people behind me. This is an everyday occurrence here. Been refilling my prescriptions here since they opened and watch the customer service deteriorate over time. So sad I loved coming here."

"I've never left a review of anything before, but this is the worst pharmacy I could possibly imagine. DO NOT fill prescriptions here. You will be waiting at least a day or two, have to wait in an hour long line, and will be told to wait 30 minutes for them to get your medications ready. This business exists to punish you. STAY AWAY"
