"Do not move here! Please don’t let the photos mislead you. Yes there’s been a renovation , but I call it a doll house because everything’s falling apart . First, let me start off with Management, they steal money orders for the rent checks and claim you have not paid the rent just so they can kick you out. Maintenance is a joke!!! The neighborhood is full of thugs, at night time during the summer, you’ll hear nothing but fireworks going off and tons of fights. They renovated the complex however, there are mice everywhere due to the construction and the complex is infested with roaches and it’s been that way for years ..So if you’re looking for an infestation and molding in the bathrooms that they never fix and paint over that than is the place for you. Oh and the security guards in my opinion are un-educated , creeps who rather watch you than watch the camera ."

"The top flight security does too much profiling against its own residents here. We can see the gentrification happening around us with the upgrades and proposed rent hikes, but there is no need to alienate the people that are this community with aggressive security personnel. Why is it that some, not all, of the security personnel feel the need to aggressively question and stare at tenants? Why are we told to lock into our apartments over an intercom system when in the hallway talking to neighbors. Regardless unacceptable"
