"Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutly dirty room, NO BLANKET (even though it's snowing), the fan is so full of dust and mold... the floor is sticky, the bed is about to fall apart... absolutly disgusting. All we want to do is leave this dirty place, but we paid already (lesson learnd - let them ALWAYS show you the room before paying), and the staff member which checked us in must have left right after he got the money (yes, there's only one staff member around) soooo we'll have to stay here til tomorrow and probably freeze to death."

"Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Santos, Sabrina and Linda have been brilliant. Very close to subway and central park. Lots of shops, take aways, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. We stayed in suite 2A with fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, bathroom with shower. Big double bed and TV. Couldn't have needed more. Highly recommended :)"
