"We loved our stay at the hotel! Rooms were comfortable for being in the center of manhattan, cleaned everyday which we really appreciated during our stay, stunning views and super comfortable bed! If I’d improve something would be the elevator system and the breakfast. When the elevators are full, and there is a sensor to that, they don’t go directly to the lobby but they still stop on every floor. Plus, breakfast could be improved. Salty options very limited and for the amount of people staying in the hotel and the limited time of breakfast you cannot find a table to sit which might be a bit annoying."

"I had a last-minute stay in September, opting for this hotel after a disappointing experience elsewhere. The king room with a city view on the higher floors was delightful, and I rarely waited long for elevators. The breakfast, spanning two floors, is a great deal for New York. The location is superb, near Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, and Madison Square Park. The highlight was the stunning view, prompting me to rebook. This time I will be bringing my dong but I'm a bit anxious about it, as customer service's responses weren't entirely reassuring. Nonetheless, I plan to arrive with my furry friend and hope for a seamless stay."

"Great location, everything was close by. Amazing view on the Empire State Building. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was really good! You could hear everything through the door though. You have to wait quite a long time for the elevator and often they are packed full. Breakfast was ok - packed during rush hour and not great selection. Lobby was always full of people waiting for something and some were sleeping on the floor. Overall good experience but will not stay here again. Good price for what you get but it’s not a 4-star hotel as advertised."

"We came to town for the New York Marathon and we were very pleased with our stay here. Our room had a great view of Midtown and the Empire State Building, and the hotel was easily accessible to everything we wanted to get to. The hotel is modern, clean and operates very efficiently. Everything in the hotel was compact but very functional. The complimentary breakfast was typically hotel fare. I’d have no problem making this our go to hotel for visiting NYC."
