"My wife and I have been living at Eastgate Apartments for about three years now and, while we've had our share of little maintenance issues, what apartment doesn't, we feel we've really lucked out with getting a place in this community. Eastgate is a nice, quiet, well-kept area tucked in behind East Industrial Park Drive in Manchester. It's nice to be in the city, but not be "in the city"; we're within driving distance of just about everything we need, and can go to downtown Manchester and not feel like we're trapped within the hustle and bustle. Neighbors have been incredibly respectful. No one is noisy or causes disturbances. The condo style has been really nice; having two levels, a private entrance, and a small backyard makes it feel more like a home. The apartments have very generous room for the price we are paying for rent, places closer to downtown Manchester can cost much more for way less. The landlord, Jennifer, is fantastic. Every time my wife and I have emailed about a maintenance problem, it's been promptly fixed no issues, no hassle. She's respectful, fair, and clearly cares about the community, since the apartment buildings and the grounds are pretty spotless. Don't get me wrong, they're showing their age a little bit, but they are well cared for. Again, my wife and I really lucked out here. We will of course be looking for a house in due time, but between the nice and homey apartment style, the well-kept grounds, nice neighbors and safe community, and the exemplary landlord, Eastgate has been a wonderful place to live."

They're always there to make sure you're having a great experience. Like all apartments within this price range, it's never going to be perfect, but I can't recommend Eastgate highly enough if you're looking for a stepping stone before you buy a house or if you're looking for a place to live long-term! The area is full of families, and it's truly a great little neighborhood."
