"Allyssa and the entire staff are top notch. They are avaiable when you need them and are very quick to respond. All of the maitnence works are always around the property making sure everything looks great. Our dog Frank loved them so much. It was wonderful living right on Elm street where we would go for walks to walk to dinner every week. The large windows in the rooms provide great lighting and it is so cozy. I have never had an apartment complex treat us like family in the past. Only reason we are moving is due to work. Thanks for everything Allyssa, Nancy + Team!"

"We have been living here for about a month and couldn’t be happier with our choice. We needed something that offered short term leases, allowed us to bring our two dogs, cat and felt like a safe place for our children. The private garage gives you the security to walk from the car at night and is conveniently located. The staff are all very friendly, responsive and obviously take pride in their work. The common areas are clean, the neighbors are friendly and the mailroom is convenient. 10/10 would recommend if you need to live in Manchester."

"The Residences at Manchester Place has been a wonderful place to live for the past 2 years! I highly recommend living here. I moved to Manchester from Illinois for my graduate program and when I was researching places to live in the area, The Residences stood out to me. Staff – The staff are so kind, welcoming, and helpful! I cannot say enough about Allysa, Nancy, and our maintenance staff. You will not find a location with better people; they go above and beyond to help you. They are very responsive to any questions and are always happy to help you. The building is clean and well kept. The courtyard is nicely maintained. Location – They are in a prime location in Downtown Manchester, walking distance from many delicious restaurants, coffee cafes, cute local shops/bookstores, and bars. It is conveniently located one block away from my school. Location was very important to me when selecting an apartment since I brought my dog with me. For all the dog lovers considering moving to downtown Manchester, there are some very nice nearby parks to walk your dog – My favorites: Livingston Park, Stark Park, and Lake Massabesic. Apartment – I lived in a one-bedroom apartment with my dog. My favorite part about the apartments were the floor to ceiling windows. I loved all the natural light. The apartments are spacious with lots of storage and room. The apartments are updated and have new laminated wood flooring. (I will attach photos that I took from my apartment shortly after I moved in) Parking garage – Another selling point is the gated parking garage, which has been wonderful especially during the winter months. I had a garage opener to gain access and they only provide them to their residences. I have never had any issues with finding a parking spot near my level. I have always felt safe in the parking garage. For visitors, there is street parking, and you can contact the office for a parking pass for your guests if they wish to park in the garage. Safety – Safety was another important thing for me when considering an apartment complex in a city location. The building is locked and to gain access you need to fob in. There are security cameras on the property: courtyard, garage, outside of the complex, and by the doors to access the building. There are always residents around and everyone has been so kind and friendly. Packages & Mail – When you receive a package, they are either dropped at your apartment or left at the package room (It depends on the carrier). If the package is left in the package room, you will be sent a code to your phone/email. The package room is a secured locked closet (with a security camera) that you will use you code to access it. I have never had any issues with missing/stolen packages. There is a mailroom, and all the mailboxes are on a wall. There is a slot and drop box for any outgoing mail you may be sending. Garbage/Recycling– The building has a garbage shoot on each floor, which has been very convenient. The ground level has access to a separate garbage area in the stairwell. There are also two dumpsters in the loading dock, one for trash and the other for recycling (P.S. please recycle!). The garbagemen come every Monday and Friday. Moving in/Moving out – There is a loading dock that is accessible to residents for easy moving in/out. There are carts around to help with easy unloading. I highly recommend hiring movers if you can, it makes for stress free and painless moving. I used movers through Uhaul and they were affordable (and it saved my back). Each apartment is professionally cleaned, carpet replaced, and painted. I was very impressed at the condition of the apartment when I initially moved in and how well cared for it was. The apartment can be loud at times from the downtown noises, which also goes hand in hand with living in a city."

"I have enjoyed living here very much so far. The place is kept clean and peaceful. The building is in great condition. The staff work on making sure that the building is well maintained. All the staff members I have met have been friendly and helpful. I feel safe and secure living here. It is conveniently located due to the fact that Manchester is relatively close to many places like Boston and Portsmouth. This particular complex is also located in a great place within Manchester itself. It is easy to get to many places and roads that connect to other parts of town due to its location. It is walking distance to several shops downtown and public transportation. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to live here."
