"Would be a good area of Manchester to live in, however, the management is inattentive, non-communicative, and could not care less (or that’s how they present themselves). Myself and many other residents have had similar issues of problems arising and being completely ignored by phone, emails and maintenance requests. Since they’ve taken over management, my apartment has had cockroaches twice, and rodents on more than 3 occasions which was never a problem with the management before. Most recently, I put a maintenance request for rodent issues in October, it was never responded to and there was no evidence of pest control coming. I continued to email them through November and December (3 times, even cc’ing the manager) without any response to our rodent problem. We also had pest control requests open in our portal. Found another one today and they advised us to handle the problem as it’s almost Christmas for them and they won’t be around. Nice customer service. For the amount of money we pay to have them manage the residence, there is no managing and for that reason I advise you to stay away. Would be a great place to live if another company took over."
"My husband and I moved in two months ago and we love it so far, can't wait for spring to come. Only thing I can say is have someone clean the washing machines weekly. Maybe also add a community garden for the future. But overall an upgrade, no issues, and very happy."
"I’ve lived here for a year. So far my experience has been terrible. My building is disgusting, getting in touch with the leasing office is next to impossible unless you go down there to talk in person and even then it solves nothing. I was expecting to hear something about my lease end coming up in November at least 30-60 days before hand… the day of my lease end I had to go down there and was told the manager wasn’t in, but would be in the next day and would email me a new lease to sign. Two weeks later and I’ve heard nothing. No emails, no returned calls. My rent is going up an outrageous amount and for what… the new dirty carpets they installed in the hallways and some new paint. I’ll stay one more year just because it’s one of the cheapest around, but still certainly to expensive for what it is."
"I moved in just a few months ago, but so far, I'm happy. The apartment was clean on move-in, one of the newly renovated units. It's not luxury, but it's not terrible either. Rent is comparable to other similar units in nearby communities. Would I like it to be lower? Of course! But given the general market these days, it could be worse. I've seen a lot of negative reviews about the new management, office staff and maintenance, but my experience has been great. Maintenance was responsive and communicative when I had one issue. Management approved a reasonable accommodation for me with no fuss and the ladies in the office are a delight. Francesca was my move-in manager and was fantastic. I moved from Florida and drove straight through with my cats. With good communication in both directions she helped make the move-in itself as painless as possible so that I could get in and sleep and let the cats get comfortable."
"I like it here for the most part. My apartment is adorable. Comfortable. I just wish the outside was maintained more, power wash would go a long way. Porches are trashed, hallways full of furniture or neighbors garbage, loud bus wakes me up every morning at 6am with its loud backup siren. Idk what to do about that And package room…. Horrid. I’m happy here overall, no place is perfect."
