"Unfortunately todays experience was totally unexpected. I have been bringing my dog here for years . She’s a 14 year old Pekingese and in August she had a minor stroke . She has no after effects of the stroke except sometimes if she is picked up suddenly her equilibrium is off and she wants to roll over . I attempted to put these notes in my booking online but the site couldn’t save my notes at the time . I arrived at the appointment and mentioned this to the groomer at which time she consulted with another team member . They refused to take my dog saying they did not have the ability to groom safely . Needless ti say they didn’t even check her out to see that she is perfectly fine . They recommended I now have her groomed at a veterinarian. I’m very disappointed to say the least ."
