"I have been a senior resident at this community for 5 years. There is ongoing harassment between tenants and when it gets reported to management they just feel " if you don't like it you should move". Rules in the lease are broken consistently. Nothing gets done about it. That is considered elder abuse. I love my apartment . I have no intention of moving but management is subpar. It's so uncomfortable among the tenants that I just keep to myself now. I don't feel that's quality of life but all the gossip and backstabbing isn't worth it. I left High School 50 years ago. And this isn't a sorority. I thought this would be more like a community but it certainly isn't.... Update on this residence...... We had an unfortunate fire in our boiler room which took out the pump distributor for the hot water. Long story short we didn't have hot water supply for 4 months. The claim was the supply chain shut down made it impossible to get parts but hot water is included in the $1,000 a month rent I pay and to not have hot water for 4 months, though it was lukewarm at times but there was never enough hot water to go around for 30 apartments., is a definite break in the lease by management. As stated above, I do love my apartment and though I was told if I don't like it I can move, there aren't too many places for a 70-year-old widow to move. We certainly do get taken advantage of. So after 4 months we have hot water again but it isn't like it was when I moved in 5 years ago and it's very discouraging....."
"This place is an awful place to live. You have absolutely no privacy and the office manager enters your apartment when your not home. The office manager Linda Watson does nothing to help the tenants, but seems to find pleasure in constantly griping and finding reasons to consistently leave notices in your door complaining. She sits in the office and watches the cameras ALL day (ask anyone who lives there ), it not only makes you feel violated and uncomfortable, but just another way to make you feel like you have no privacy at all (which is already a factor we as tenants in apartment living have to deal with to some degree). I strongly advise you to pick any other apartment complex aside of this one. Even other apartments under the same company (Stewart Property ) are better than this one. The Office Manager Without A Doubt Is The Most unprofessional Individual I've Ever Met in My life. HIDEOUS WOMAN should be ashamed of herself and at the very least should be replaced with a professional."
"I live here and the place is absolutely amazing.... However it is only for people who are either disabled, elderly or low income"
